Cruises Inc. Bumps Up Member Commissions, Support
Host agency Cruises Inc. has introduced a new commission structure and enhanced back-office support services for its nearly 500 members, the company announced.
Current and new members now have the ability to keep up to 75 percent of their commission, up from 50 percent previously, announced Cruises Inc. SVP Vivian Ewart. Members' commission levels will be earned at the new higher rate for all existing clients, as well as for qualified leads provided by the company.
The new back-office support services for members include streamlined and automated e-invoicing and electronic cruise document delivery systems, Ewart said.
The company provides its 500-plus members with its "Cruise Control" reservations and CRM system; live leads through its "LeadPower program"; complimentary websites with booking engines; personalized marketing collateral; and training and support staff.
